A special thanks to his nephew Bobby and his wife Pam for everything you do and special thanks also to the remarkable staff of Gentiva and all of his healthcare providers especially Julia Mushrall and staff from AJCHC who were more like family.
He was predeceased by his parents, brother, 2 sisters, and his grandson Brendon Coffin who was there to greet him with open arms to have their daily conversations together again.
Calvin was a Jack of all trades and master of most, as his yearbook stated "Be reasonable, do it my way". He accomplished many things in his lifetime. He has traveled all of the states and has stories I am sure of for each. He was well known as Calvin, Cal, or Poacher and had stories from each. He was a truck driver, owner operator, and driver for H.O. Bouhcards for over 25 years and made the 2 million mile club and employee of the year in 2004. He also was a lobsterman, journeyman, an electrician which led him to Alaska and he was in the painters union. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Family, friends, and his dogs were of utmost importance to him, as much as how important he was to so many people whose lives he had touched over the years. If you knew him then you have a story..... Please share your stories here to keep his legacy growing.
There will be a celebration of life at his home at 1513 Webb Rd, Knox Maine 04986 November 16th from noon until the last person leaves.
