One of the fondest memories I have with Uncle Neal was when my brothers and I worked with him cutting wood. He taught us how to use a chainsaw, and had such a way of showing that work should be fun. I really admire and miss how he was one of generosity, thoughtfulness, and ingenuity. Looking forward to seeing you again Uncle Neal! Love, Aaron (Bausch)

What a wonderful man Neal was and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. We cherish the time that we spent getting to know he and Theresa through the Gideons and the meetings we had at their home in Palermo. Prayers for the family as they adjust to this loss in their life. May the Lord of love and grace shine upon this family.

Teresa and family, you are missing a special piece of the Pottle clan. Neal was one of a kind for sure, that grin cartied him through serious problem solving....we had a serious breakdown with engines in our Ocean Condo, not to worry Neal was there and in no time and had us repaired and back on the water! Neal always said to carry old Wheaties boxes as they make the best emergency gaskets while out to sea!! Thanks for the Memory in Obituary: the day we went to visit you and there was that VW Rabbit circling around checking RPM's, ingenious! His heart was always open to disadvantaged teens, often times we would see him load up a bunch and head for Warren Island to camp out, rain or shine. Teresa he will be missed!! k
