Obituary of Alan Edward Feener
Alan Edward Feener, "Papa", 63, died peacefully surrounded by his family in Jefferson, ME on April 27th 2022 after a long battle with cancer.
Alan was born in Orange, CA on October 11, 1958 to the late Warren and Mildred Feener. Alan moved to Maine as a child where he started a family with Lori Feener. Alan was a cook for many years then became a carpenter until illness made him unable to work. Alan then dedicated all of his time to his children and grandchildren who he held very close to his heart. Alan spent a lot of time golfing, hunting and spending time with his family. He also loved the NY Yankees, Dallas Cowboys and boxing.
Alan was predeceased by both his parents and four siblings, Bobby, Helen, Valerie and Linda.
He is survived by siblings, Kathy Patterson of Morrill, ME; Carol Childers of Mariposa, CA; Millie Hipp of Anaheim, CA; Billy Feener of Northport, ME; Brian Feener of Lincolville, ME; Buddy Feener of Warren, ME; and Frankie Feener of Northport, ME; his three children, Amy Feener and fiance Benjerman Mclaughlin of Winterport, Alan and wife Joni Feener of Jefferson and Andrew Feener of Swanville; his grandchildren Connor, Gavin, Colton, Alyssa Eli; and his adopted grandchildren Lily, Kayleigh, Landon, Makenzi and Brandon; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
