Obituary of Tara Michelle Grotton
Tara Grotton (Dellaire), 46, peacefully passed away on July 5th, 2021. She was the most vibrant, happy, selfless individual many had the chance to meet.
She was predeceased by her birth mother Bonnie Slama and her adoptive mother Cheryl Trembley. She is survived by her husband Wayne, children; Zack Leo, Miranda and Rob Doughty, Mykenna and Ryan, Vanessa and Ashton. Her grandchildren Arianna and Karson, and her father Norman Trembly along with extensive family and friends.
Over the years Tara touched the lives of many, whether it was waitressing and insurance, or any community events. Tara was willing to open her heart and home to any child, friend, or person in need.
Tara met the love of her life in September of 2009 and two years later they became one. They shared many moments together from raising their children to earning their titles as Meme and Bampa. Tara loved motorcycles, side by siding, and anything that included loving and laughing. From summers in Waynesville to winters in Florida through all their adventures she will always be remembered as Wayne’s ride or die.
Of course, in Tara’s giving ways she left one final request that any donations be made to Tara’s Fund at Bangor Savings Bank. All donations will be transferred to The Field of Dreams in Unity, Maine to help purchase and maintain the playground for generations to come.
