John and I were saddened to read of Jamie's passing. We met him and Jeannette when we moved to Belfast in 1993, and were frequent customers, often dragging along house guests to wonder at the fabulous display (and buy). Before we moved back to DC in 2005, we had the good sense to commission a gorgeous raku lamp from Jamie, which still graces our living room. Since 2005, we have seen Jamie only during our annual August visits, but have never failed to poke our heads into his studio to say hi (as well as touring Jeannette's beautiful garden). We will miss him, and send our deepest condolences to Jeannette.
