Jesse was such a great friend and I wish so much that he were still with us. I have no doubt that he is deeply missed by all who knew him. He always helped out his friends whenever they needed help, or just someone to listen to them. He even fixed my car for me purely out of kindness. He drove to Rockland to pick up the part, twice! It turned out that a different part was needed and he made the trip all the way back there, got a new part, and fixed my car simply because he's a good friend. I had to practically force him to let me repay him. That really meant a lot to me, I was going through a hard time, but I know he was too. He still cared about others during a time when most people would have just been focused on themselves. That's one of the last memories I have of him and I still think about it today. He was someone that was always easy talk to, even on the days when I wanted to hide away from people, of which there were many. If I saw Jesse was at the house, I would come out of my cave to say hi, and we'd usually end up talking the whole rest of the time he was there. If his mom is reading this, I'd like to give my condolences. Even though you don't know me, I want to let you know that I'm very sorry for your loss and I know that Jesse loved you very much. It hurt so bad to hear that I'd lost my friend, I can't imagine losing a child.
Jesse was my boyfriend's best friend, and over the years, he became my friend too. I'll always look back on our times spent with him fondly, not just because of how good a friend he was to me, but especially to Jake. I know he misses him like crazy. He made many of our days brighter having him around.
He will forever be in our hearts
