Obituary of Beryl S. Giusti

BERYL S. GIUSTI, 78, died September 21, 2009 in Scarborough. She was born in Belfast November 7, 1930, the daughter of Elmer and Winifred (Strout) Heal. She was a homemaker much of her life, very active in the First Assembly of God Church on Cumberland Avenue in Portland. She enjoyed being a Foster grandparent and volunteering in local schools. She loved being a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, Carmelo Giusti, and is survived by her children, Lawrence Guidi of Florida, Michael Guidi of Gorham and Dean Murphy of Portland; her brothers and sisters, Lewis Strout, Sandra Cormier, Mary Haskell and Patricia Downing and 14 grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, September 26th 10 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church, Cumberland Avenue, Portland with Rev. Abraham officiating. Friends who wish may make donations in Beryl’s memory to Youth Ministries, First Assembly Church of God, Cumberland Avenue, Portland, Maine.
