Obituary of Leon M. Annis

LEON M. ANNIS JR., 74 of Belfast, passed away June 6, 2010 in Waterville. He was born in Belfast on September 17, 1935, the son of Leon and Evelyn (Robbins) Annis, Sr. He worked as a chief engineer for the Merchant Marines. Leon enjoyed camping and traveling. He was predeceased by his parents and his wife, Viola and daughter, Alice Annis. Survivors include his long-time companion, Sharon McKinney of Belfast; her children, Sherry Smith, Robert McKinney Sr., Kevin McKinney and Barry McKinney; grandchildren, Arianna, Leland, Tyler, Kelsey, Ashley, Barry, Tess, Tyler, Robert Jr. and Jasper as well as many other extended family; also special friends, Elaine and Joe Saucier, Joanne and Walter Ash.
