Obituary of Elaine M. Hayman

MILFORD – Elaine Boyington Hayman, 63, passed away peacefully October 11, 2015 at a Portland hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bangor on October 14, 1951, the daughter of Maurice and Faralyn Boyington. Elaine is survived by her husband Gerry of 35 years, her son Eric Pelletier and wife Christina, her son Garett Hayman and girlfriend Kristina Small, her step-children Lynn Umble and fiancé Tim Wright, Jerry Hayman and wife Duska, and Sue Antworth and husband Chuck, her grandchildren Matthew, Hailee, Alex, Ainsley, Brody, Jamie, Jennifer, MacKenzie, Bill and Amanda, as well as her mother Faralyn and stepfather Myron Ogden, her brother Gordon Boyington and wife Tammy and sister Vanessa Carmichael and husband Micky, sister-in-law Peggy Thomas and husband George and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews as well as a very special dog “Babie.” Elaine was predeceased by her father Maurice, her grandparents and a great-grandchild Korbyn. Elaine will be remembered for her sincere love for her family, her gift of gardening for the Town of Milford and for always finding a good deal at Goodwill. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 17th at the Bangor Baptist Church, 1476 N. Broadway, Bangor. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery directly following the funeral services. A reception will be held directly after the interment at the Milford Town Hall, 62 Davenport Street, Milford.
