Dear Bill, Jack and I are so deeply sorry for your loss. Pam was a special lady and we cannot imagine the loss you feel of your life partner, best friend and wife. May the fact her suffering is now over and she is resting with Jesus and her loved ones gone before her, bring you some comfort as you grieve. Tim and Barb, we both know what you’re feeling - our prayers and thoughts remain with you. Our deepest and most sincere sympathies to you all and Pam’s entire family. Always remember a happy time with Pam when your grief seems overwhelming and it may soften your pain. You should all be proud of her courage for it was for you that she fought so hard.
