Obituary of Hope Anne Boes
Hope Anne (Seekins) (Kimball) Boes, age 51, died unexpectedly February 12, 2018 near her home in Sikeston, Missouri.
She was born September 24, 1966 the daughter of Clifford and Harriett Seekins of Searsport, Maine. Hope graduated from Searsport High School and married her high school sweetheart Patrick Larkin Kimball in 1984. She furthered her love of children working in childcare in Waldo County.
Hope was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother and friend to many. She loved helping others and had a smile and hug for everyone she knew. She'd always say "I'm a hugger!"
In 2009 she found love again and married Olin Q. Boes, and made a loving home for them in Sikeston, Missouri. Hope was a member of Sikeston First Assembly of God and worked as a home health nurse for Caring Hands.
She is predeceased by her father Clifford M. Seekins, first husband of 23 years Patrick Larkin Kimball and her grandson Jayden A. Kimball.
Hope is survived by her husband Olin Q. Boes; mother Harriet Seekins and stepfather James Browning of Oak Island, North Carolina; two sons, Noah Larkin Kimball and wife Emily Belden of Northport, Maine and Matthew Boes of Springfield, Missouri; two daughters, Lauren Malloy of Essex, Missouri and Elissa Boes of Sikeston; her sister, Diane-Marie Colby (Sassy) and husband Chris Colby of Searsport, Maine; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
Memorial service will be held Thursday, February 22nd at 2:00 pm at Belfast Church of the Nazarene, 95 Swan Lake Avenue, Belfast, Maine with Joe DuBois officiating. Those who wish may make memorial contributions in her memory to Bulldog Pantry c/o Lynne Bizzell DeWitt 315 Baker Lane Sikeston Mo. 63801.
