Obituary of Mari B. Pease

Mari B. Pease, 59 of Belfast passed away June 27, 2017 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. Mari was born September 21, 1957 to the late George Grey Jr. and Sandal Sauret. She was raised in the Camden Rockport area until moving to Belfast in 2005. Mari graduated from Camden Rockport High School in 1975 and spent her life caring for and helping others. She formerly worked as a staff manager for Belfast Industries, was a CRMA for High Street Group Home and was a BHP at Sequel Care of Maine. She loved sewing, felting, reading and watching documentaries. She also enjoyed her gardens, flowers and watching the birds. Mari is survived by her loving son, Matthew Pease of Belfast; her father-in-law Ralph Pease and her step father-in-law Sheldon Harper; her cousins Matia Grey and Barbara Pease; her aunt Sigrid Grover; her uncle Bruce Grey; her dear friends, Cilla Thomas, Peitra Munson, Joni Porter and Dawn McClould and her two beloved kitties Zoey and Buster. Arrangements have been entrusted to Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast Maine 04915. A celebration of life will be held at the Belfast City Park on Sunday July 16, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
