Obituary of Robert Joseph Hill

Robert (Bob) Hill, 70, of Prospect, passed away peacefully at home on March 4, 2017. Bob graduated from Bucksport High School, served in the US Navy on the USS Boston and worked for the Nyle Corp for 35 years. Bob was predeceased by his mother Susie Pauline Fairbrother, siblings: Veronica Spencer, Edward Alan Fairbrother, and his beloved dog Prince. He is survived by his wife Patricia; daughters: Andrea Romesburg and husband Richard Romesburg, Michelle Pontious and husband Anthony Pontious; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; siblings: Amelia Hill, Nancy Webster, Rose McAvoy, Daniel Fairbrother, Mary Brown, Charles Fairbrother Jr., Timothy John Fairbrother, and Cheryl McQuarrie. Per Bob’s request, there will be no services.
