Obituary of Norman Tracy
Milbridge – Norman Tracy, 82, went home with his Savior, Jesus Christ, after a long courageous battle with cancer, his wife and family by his side. Norman, born on Aug 22,1934, was a proud veteran of 20 yrs. He also retired from the ME Department of Transportation after 22 yrs.
He loved studying & talking about God’s Word with many friends, family or anyone interested! He was an avid hunter, loved guns, fishing, boating and camping. He spent a lot of time with grandsons Chad and Jordan reloading bullets while showering them with stories of long ago.
He is survived by his beloved wife Priscilla, who loved him passionately in return, four sons and their wives: David & Latifi, Jim & Ruth, Mike & Patti, Steve & Melissa, plus one daughter, Kathy Perry and husband, Randy. His former wife, Kay Tracy, fifteen grandchildren: Kristine, Josh, Matt, Seth, Jessie, Nate, Ben, Kyle, Nicole, Jordan, Chad, Kaitlyn and three step-grandchildren; Ashley, Lacey & Leland, plus eight great-grandchildren: Ben, Aria, Logan, Korin, Michael, Emily, Haily, Elise and Gracie. Norman is also survived by one brother Phil and three sisters: Linda, Corrine and Judith. He will be missed by his close friends, the Vazquez family, Paul and Cindy, Vicki, Jeff and Sandy.
A celebration of Norman’s life will be held February 19, 2017 at 12:30 PM at the Unionville Church of God. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Unionville Church of God Youth Center, c/o Charles Kelley, 661 Mogador Rd. Steuben, ME 04680
