Obituary of Irene E Tibbetts

Ellsworth - Irene E. Tibbetts, 93, died on Jan. 13, 2017, at the Courtland Nursing Home in Ellsworth. She was born in Millbridge, ME, on Dec. 24, 1924, the daughter of Alvah and Eunice Tibbetts, the second of twelve children. She is survived by her sisters Verna, BettyLou, and Gladys, and her brother Vernon, as well as her three sons Robert, Carroll, and Larry. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Theodore. A memorial service will be held in the spring.
