Obituary of Timothy Lee Hubbard

TIMOTHY LEE HUBBARD, 51, went to be with the Lord on December 17, 2011 at his beloved home with his wife Roxy holding him in her arms. Finally Tim is not suffering from his long-term pain and broken bones. He was born October 7, 1960 in Unity to Edson and June (Reopelle) Hubbard, Sr. Tim met and married Roxy, his loving, devoted wife, on October 31, 1981. After graduating from Mt. View High School, Tim and his cousin, Neil Hubbard, enlisted in the Marine Corps. He worked at various places including Hartland Tannery, Alco Meat Processing, Guilford Industries and Crowe Rope. He got his license at Andover Tractor Trailer School and began driving for D&L Trucking, R.L. Hodges, Pottle’s and Dysart’s. He was predeceased by his parents, Edson and June Hubbard; his brother Frankie Hubbard; his sister Beverly Knowles. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Roxy Hubbard of Thorndike; brothers and sisters, Harold and his wife Christine of Montville, James Sr. of Unity, Joan of Unity, Larry and his wife Jeannette of Albion, Edison Jr. and his wife Ima of Winslow, Stanley and companion Carolan of Roque Bluffs, and Ronald and his wife Carrie of Unity who were very supportive during his times of need; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be sadly missed by his pets, Bandit, Polly and Spencer. At Tim’s request, no services will be held at this time.
